About Photos

Please provide clear, front-facing photos with natural lighting.

Your pet’s expression and fur direction guide the carving,

so the clearer the photo, the more the piece will capture their appearance and spirit.

Production Time

All pieces are fully handmade—from design and carving to coloring and stitching,

each step requires time and care. Orders are made according to schedule,

please be patient while we craft this special, warm piece 🤎

Similarity

We create based on the original photo and aim for approximately 80% similarity or higher.

We do our best to capture your pet’s character,

but each piece is unique due to handcrafting and material characteristics.

Payment

▪ Taiwan orders: 40% deposit at order placement, balance due before shipping.

▪ Overseas orders: PayPal payment in full before production (PayPal fees apply).

♦️ Customs duties and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

Deposit & Order Policy

The deposit reserves your spot and covers pre-production costs,

and is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

Service Type

Our dyeing and finishing service includes cleaning, color touch-ups, dyeing, repairs, and appearance enhancement. It is not a restoration to like-new condition or an official factory refurbish.

Intake Assessment

When you submit an item we will check its current condition, including wear, color variation, transfer staining, mold, cracking, and deformation.

Possible Post-Dyeing Outcomes

After dyeing the leather grain may appear softer, colors may look more uniform with less depth, absorption may be uneven, and you may notice color differences, water marks, or visible repair traces.

Risk Acknowledgement

Dyeing may cause stitching to pick up color and create tone differences at edges and folds; previous damage may still remain visible after repair.

Brand Value and Retention

Non-factory dyeing may affect a brand item's original value, collectibility, or resale price. This service does not guarantee preservation of value, value increase, or official factory certification.

Overseas Orders

We currently do not accept overseas shipments. Service is available only for local Taiwan drop-off or in-person handover arrangements.

Pickup & Delivery

When dyeing is complete you may choose in-store pickup or home delivery. If delivery is requested, shipping fees will be calculated separately based on the chosen method. We will arrange pickup after completion; please collect promptly or choose delivery to avoid long-term storage at the shop.

Changes & Cancellations

Work is scheduled only after intake assessment and quote confirmation. Once cleaning, color touch-up, dyeing, or repair has begun, cancellations or refunds are not accepted.
